Who we are:
Plantours Kreuzfahrten is a cruise line based in Hamburg and has been successful on the market for more than 30 years. With our ocean-going vessel MS HAMBURG, we sail where the big ships don't dock. However, our portfolio now also includes four river cruise ships. We want to continue to grow and expand our offering in the cruise segment. On the river cruise ships of Plantours Cruises, you can expect diverse and interesting tasks on varied cruise routes.

Your tasks as River Cruise Manager (m, f, d):

• Assistance to guests on board
• Organization of the daily routine with program design
• Presentation and on-board sales of the shore excursions
• Accompaniment of shore excursions
• Moderation of events on board
• Advice to our guests
• Coordination with the other departments on board

What we want from you:
You are a born host and love dealing with our guests. You may already have some experience in guest relations or have worked as a tour guide, but career changers are also welcome. You have assertiveness, an independent, methodical and conscientious way of working as well as the ability to work in a team, organizational talent and resilience. You are confident with MS Office and have a good command of English.
