Bidding farewell to the port city of Rotterdam, the MS Sans Souci takes you across the Markermeer and the IJsselmeer to the North Sea coast. Texel is already waiting for you - with beautiful beaches and an exciting beachcomber museum. In Sneek you can marvel at the imposing fortress "Waterpoort" and in Groningen the spectacular building of the art museum, which is itself a true work of art. In Papenburg, you can come face to face with imposing ocean liners in the Meyer shipyard or keep an eye out for the many nostalgic replicas of ships that are anchored in the canals all over the city. Please note:
The beverage package must be booked by all persons in a cabin. Only the same beverage package can be booked per cabin (exception: children under 18 years of age). The beverage packages are not transferable to other persons. Drinks are served from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and are served exclusively in glasses. The beverage packages can only be booked for the entire duration of the cruise and only in advance. Drinks from the mini-bar are not included in the packages.
Travel documents
The customer is responsible for procuring and carrying the travel documents required by the authorities, any necessary vaccinations, visas and for complying with customs and foreign exchange regulations.

What is insured?
You cannot or not as scheduled commence your journey because of the following event.
- Death, severe accidental injury
- Unexpected severe illness, Intolerance to a vaccine, pregnancy
- Damage to your property as a result of fire, elementary, event or intent criminal of a third party
What will be replaced?
- In case of non-commencement of the journey, we replace you among other things the contractually owed travel cancellation costs
- In case of interruption of journey, we replace the provable incurrend additional return travel costs as well as proportionally unused travel services.
Deductible: For insurance premiums without a deductible, 100% reimbursement for all insured events. For insurance premiums with a partial deductible: For illness treated on an outpatient basis, the deductible is 20% of the reimbursable claim, but at least EUR 25 per insured person. No deductible i all other cases.
Booking deadline: Please book your travel insurance at least 30 days before the start of your trip. This information is only an example of the scope of insurance exempary.
