The Danube touches more countries than any other river on earth in its course, from which you accompany the mighty river to eight countries: Starting in Passau, you walk through the Vienna Hofburg in Austria, enjoy the enchanting Puszta in Hungary or a traditional wine tasting in Serbia. Along steep rocky cliffs that pass cataracts, admire the Romanian side of the Danube Delta or in Bulgarian Ruse the many monuments and churches. Enjoy a wine tasting in Vukovar, Croatia, and walk up to Bratislava Castle in Slovakia. A fantastic view over the deep blue Danube will be the best reward!

Personally managed hotel in the middle of Passau's old town and directly on the Danube. All rooms are new and modern with bath or shower/WC, hair dryer, telephone, flat screen TV/radio, minibar, safe, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. All rooms are accessible by elevator. Wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath and solarium (for a fee), breakfast room. Limited number of parking spaces (approx. 15 € per day).

The customer is responsible for procuring and carrying the travel documents required by the authorities, any necessary vaccinations, visas and for complying with customs and foreign exchange regulations.

What is insured?
You cannot or not as scheduled commence your journey because of the following event.
- Death, severe accidental injury
- Unexpected severe illness, Intolerance to a vaccine, pregnancy
- Damage to your property as a result of fire, elementary, event or intent criminal of a third party
What will be replaced?
- In case of non-commencement of the journey, we replace you among other things the contractually owed travel cancellation costs
- In case of interruption of journey, we replace the provable incurrend additional return travel costs as well as proportionally unused travel services.
Deductible: For insurance premiums without a deductible, 100% reimbursement for all insured events. For insurance premiums with a partial deductible: For illness treated on an outpatient basis, the deductible is 20% of the reimbursable claim, but at least EUR 25 per insured person. No deductible i all other cases.
Booking deadline: Please book your travel insurance at least 30 days before the start of your trip. This information is only an example of the scope of insurance exempary. The cabins
Furnished outside cabins were extensively redesigned and renovated in 2017/2018 and are equipped with French balconies on the panoramic deck as well as in the aft area of the upper deck.
Internet on board
On board MS ROUSSE PRESTIGE, internet reception in the form of Wi-Fi can be booked at the reception for a fee. Continuous reception cannot always be guaranteed, and there may be temporary interruptions in network coverage on some sections. We ask for your understanding that reimbursement of costs is not possible due to interruptions. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the hotel management at the reception.
